eBay app on iPhone

Does anyone else have problems with the eBay app for iOS (iPhone 14)?

My app updated to the newest version/design and after a few hours, it will revert to the old design from like 5 years ago.  Nothing works like it should, it will continually tell me I have items to ship that have been shipped for weeks and it will keep notifying me that I have items to ship for days after they've been shipped.  I've tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times, which doesn't help.  I also sent a private message on this ebay community site (with screenshots) of how it reverts back to a very old design and eBay never responded.  Very frustrated as I have an ebay store subscription and deserve better service than this.  Any help is much appreciated.

Here's screenshot of the two different versions of the app that appear.

You can see even the screenshots have different menu items or where they are located.  For example, messages and setting appear in different locations.

The picture on the right is the version when I download the ebay app, and after a few hours, it will change formats to the picture on the left.
