eBay app not loading

Advised to load eBay app version 5.16.1 this app not available in App Store, what is going on?

Thanks for posting. If your device is on iOS 9.x your only option will be to use eBay in your iPad browser.

If you can upgrade to iOS 10 there should be a version available.

many thanks I am doing that, however eBay has told me to download eBay app 5.16.1 from the App Store, unfortunately that's not available either! Wonderful.
