eBay app not clearing new saved search items

My saved searches aren't clearing 'new' results. I've tried clicking through items and using the 'mark all as read' but the same items keep coming back, along with new ones. Tried restarting phone, have not tried reinstalling yet.

Any advice or is app just broken? Been doing it since mid last week and some of these searches are ending up with 100+ results I can't clear.

You're not the only one having this problem. If app deletion followed by reboot of phone followed by fresh install of app does not clear the problem, file a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
