eBay app crashes on the latest iOS app

App can’t be opened on the latest 12.0.1 iOS. Restarted the phone and whatnot, but no luck so far

Have you tried fully deleting the app and reinstalling. Let us know

Yes. No luck with that either

Also, its very unusual, but happening only with paypal and ebay apps on ios.

Does the app get all the way open before it crashes? Can you use it at all?

nope. i click it, app tries to load, and crashes within 2-3 seconds.

mobile_app_help and i cannot use it at all
