eBay app, and chrome browser reloading issues

My Samsung galaxy tablet, ebay app and eBay on tablet Chrome browser recently select any item goes to page about 1 second then white page in triangle says item not found, and reload, does not reload or go to item I want to look at, works fine on samsung cell browser, I updated my tablets software, still not working.cleared cache, cleared browser history, still not working I use my app alot changed passwords, signed in with Facebook, then Google, still no better.

Hi, having the same issues. Have you come up with an answer to the no item and reload problem please.  Or is it an ebay problem that they only can fix. Thanks

I am having the same issue - when I click on an item for more information a message pops up - see attached image.

Have tried a friends phone and theirs was ok.

My phone is old using android 7.1.1 while the friends is using android 12.

I am having the same issue for 2 days now. My app was working fine then just stopped loading images when looking at listings. I'm getting the same triangle error message. I've done everything cleared cache, changed browser to chrome, updated my chrome, cleared history, signed in and out a million times now, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled nothing is fixing the issue. I have a galaxy note 8 phone, so it is older. Ebay Is this the issue or is their an issue with the app? Others I know their eBay did this same glitch but then within minutes is working fine.

The problem may be with the eBay app.

If eBay browser links are opening in the eBay app by default, you can change that in your device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by Default: Open supported links -- tap that setting and you should see some options, including "Don't allow app to open links". Then eBay links in your browser should open in your browser.

This morning I decided to uninstall the Ebay app in order to solve a notification issue I have.

After re install it, I now have this "Try searching for something above or tap "Reload" to try again" issue. I cannot even login in the app. I cannot do anything.

My Smart phone is a Note8 running on Android 9.

I have just uninstalled the app, re installed it. Still same issue.

I tried on  wifi and 4G, and no airplane mode of course.

I have no idea what is causing this issue.

Can you please help me?

Try uninstalling the eBay app, then restart your device. When your device has rebooted, try installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.

If that does not help, try using a browser to go to ebay.com or ebay.fr instead.

Anyone from Ebay crew can help on my issue please?

Version of app is 6.111.0.3

Running on Samsung Note 8 under Android 9.
