1. How would eBay know it's expired merchandise?
2. What is brain armor?
3. There is a "report this listing" link in every listing.

These items don’t really expire. They have a “best by” date, which really means very little. That date signifies when the product dips below some still-very-high effectivity level.

It is against ebay policy to sell expired food products and or to list such an item without the expiration date in the item description.
Many people do both but ebay isn't policing every listing.
Some violation listings get pulled, many don't.
Even the brain armor manufacturer says;
"We don’t recommend consuming Brain Armor after the best before date printed on the package."
It's not like product degradation begins exactly on the expiration date, it's a guide.
What is worse is a seller not listing the expiration date. That would stop me from buying their item or any food or supplement in the first place.
