The problem:
I am unable to properly activate 2FA via the eBay app. I tried sending the security code by text and by email, and both cause the "Verify" screen to hang infinitely. See screenshot below.
I've tried:
- force quitting the app
- restarting the phone
- re-installing the app
My device:
iPhone 8 Plus running iOS 14.6
Notes:
I am able to successfully use SMS/email 2FA, but I would prefer to use the app. I've searched for a solution to this and have so far found no useful information.
