eBay Standard Envelope in the App

Is there some reason I can't select eBay Standard Envelope for qualifying items in the app? Every single time I have to list with first class, then go onto the website and change the shipping. Every. Single. Time. This includes if I have to make a revision in the app. I literally have to go in and select a new delivery method.

Already submitted a request to customer service which was apparently ignored.

Hi @boh_14! What category (or categories) do you happen to be listing in?

Usually it's coins. These are on Buy It Now's priced under $20. I don't have to change anything on the package size when I go into the web version and edit it. The option all of a sudden exists in there.

Coins are usually involved. These are priced under $20 when purchased now. When I alter the online version, I don't need to make any changes to the package size. The choice appears in there out of nowhere. If want to save this whole data then send to other one with whatsmody.com
