I looked at installing the App but after reading the reviews there is no way I would put that junk on my phone. I expect more from eBay than something that has all the issues brought up in the reviews. I've been using the web for 20 years and will continue to use that venue.

It's funny, but I just scrolled down below your comment and found that the number of new potential problems with the app reported by the millions of app users in the previous 7 days was precisely -- 3.  I don't see the crisis. I, like you, will continue to use the web primarily, but get real value from receiving immediate updates on sales, or responding to a buyer question if I'm shopping for groceries! I don't think I've had a failure of the app in the last year or more.
