cant access the app

i have tried to access the mobile app both on chrome and microsoft edge and all saying i need an update to access anything yet i uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone 3 times still the same...really shocking like

Have you tried installing the eBay app from the Google Play Store?

The latest version of the eBay app is 5.35.0.13.

If your version is older than that, try uninstalling it, restarting your phone and then installing the app from the Google Play Store.

Please visit google play, search for eBay and uninstall the app, then follow the steps here https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9037938?hl=en

Restart your phone

Visit google play and reinstall the app.
