app update?

My account isn't obtainable from this app update! I haven't been able to get on in days. How do you get around this thing?

- Open the Google Play store app
- Search for ebay and uninstall the ebay app
- Follow these steps from Google to make sure all settings are up to date

- Restart your device
- Open the Google Play store app
- Search for eBay and install
