When using the app, after a sale and after purchasing the shipping, it usually shows a bold "shipped" in the sold page. But, if after issue a partial refund on the shipping, the app no longer shows "shipped". It doesn't replace it but it's just not there.
I tried sending a screen dump to the app developer contact address but it's a dump mailbox that is not monitored. Please consider adding a feedback button within the app.

Thank you @doodahman for sending those screenshots. Our tech team verified they received them and that they are looking into this now.

Partial refunded transactions are a problem for me to. No tracking information will be given for such orders. Thanks OP.
