Will not allow me to delete notifications

The app is malfunctioning it will not allow me to delete notifications after the newest update

I am having the same issue since update 6.54.0, I think, when I’m on notifications and I swipe left I see the red delete box but clicking on it does nothing now. 

The same exact thing is happening in mail as well I can not delete messages. Again when I swipe left I see the red delete box but clicking on it does nothing now. 

iOS software 15.4.1.

I am unhappy with the same thing. You can not select and delete notifications.

Come on eBay - send a screenshot? Really? The functionality to delete a notification is not there.
