Why cann't I upload the latest version for ebay

What version of Android are you using?

If you have at least Android version 6, you should be able to get the latest version of the eBay app. If you are unable to get the latest version, try following the steps here:

The Android ebay app needs version 5.1 to run on your device and ideally 6.0. If you cannot update your devices system you will need to use the chrome browser on the device.
