Viewing an offer has incorrect shipping

I just received an offer on an item.  It showed the offer price +$9.41 in shipping.  Checking on the website the shipping from me to the buyer is over $20!!!!  How can we trust to use the app if it's showing false information?  How can we trust the BUYER is being shows the correct calculated shipping?  We need eBay's software to work correctly on ALL devices.
