Variation Listing on iPad Pro

Using an iPad Pro and want to make a variation listing.  However, it looks like eBay doesn’t want me to be able to post thousands of dollars worth of merchandise.

Anyways, I get into the variation part of the listing the first time and type out the 75 item list.  Along the way, it doesn’t let me scroll multiple times.  I eventually found that if you either highlight a word and scroll or double click onto a non-clickable portion of the screen, it let me scroll (sometimes).  Got those done and went to the pricing screen, was never able to get the pricing entered in and eventually it booted me out and didn’t save my listing.

Half an hour lost.  I then call eBay support and am basically told to download Chrome (didn’t work) and then to use a desktop.  I do have a desktop, but the iPad is much more convenient and I am rarely on the desktop unless I have to be.  My questions are:

1. Do other users have the same issue when trying to list a variation listing, and if so, what do I need to do to make the process easier?

2. Does eBay have techs working on this issue or is having a store here and paying them money each not worth it anymore?

3. Are we still in the year 2019 where we can talk to people and see them on a phone thousands of miles away but can’t list something easily on an iPad??

Thanks for posting. It sounds like you were listing in safari and not the EBay App? Could you take a screen shot of the listing form you were using and email it to us at iosfeedback@ebay.com.
