The account you are currently using was created yesterday.
It is very easy to inadvertently create a new eBay account by using the Google, Facebook or Apple buttons on the sign in page for the first time or while signed in to a different account.
If you have more than one eBay account, try signing out of the eBay app, and then sign in using your original username and password.
