‘Used’ Filter not working

I search for an item by scanning the barcode via the eBay app. It shows all results for said item but when I choose the ‘used’ filter it says no exact matches found.

When going into filters the app still shows the amount of said item next to the little box next to ‘used’ filter but once clicked shows no exact matches.

I have attempted all troubleshoot methods mentioned online and am still getting the same result. 
This problem has only been going on for two days now, before then it worked fine.

Not all categories have "used" as a condition option.

Try changing your category to the category most of the items are listed in and see what options are available there when searching.

I sell DVDs and it has worked for every dvd I have searched in the past until a few days ago.The strange part is that is shows how many are in the search next to the used box to tick, but once ticked it shows no exact matches.

When I search the DVD & Blu-ray category, these are the condition options I currently see:

 as you can see, there is all items from the scanned barcode including used ones. 

 but once I click the used option, it comes up with no exact matches? Even though the button says (5) items that are in the used category.

Try changing your category to where those results are located and then searching using the non-new condition options there.
