Use of Global shipping Program not being advised on item

I am new to using the GPS, but i noted that if i look at my selling item via the App on my iPhone, nowhere within that displayed info does it show that the item is being shipped to other countries via the GPS.

Is this normal?

If you sell an item that is going to use the GSP you will see it going to a shipping center in Kentucky.
