eBay is telling me to update the app. I’ve gone onto App Store and clicked update, then it says to download but when I select download it doesn’t do anything. Can you advise me?

New phones often come with older versions of Google Play Services and Google Play Store, which can actually prevent you from getting the latest version of the eBay app. Check which versions of each you have on each phone and compare.

Google Play Store is for Android phones; The App Store is for iOS phones.

If your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app and you cannot update your operating system, it should still be possible to use a mobile browser to go to ebay.co.uk if you are in the UK and use eBay that way.
