Hi @comi_5720 is your iOS version just iOS 13? As of now, the eBay app is compatible with iOS Devices running on iOS 13.4 or later. If you are running just iOS 13, These instructions can show you how to download an older version of the app:

- Delete the ebay app from the device
- Open the app store app
- Tap account button
- Tap Purchased
- Scroll to the eBay app and tap the cloud and down arrow icon
Note: you can always use the Safari browser to access ebay.
