I’ve been with eBay from the very start, all these years and now I’m locked out of my phone account because I can’t update to ios17. This is ridiculous! It’s like going to the shops and not being allowed in because your too old or too poor! Nice customer service!

How to update your eBay app

Requires Android 10 or better

Requires iOS 17 or better, but there are directions for iOS 16 users to download an older version of the app

If you cannot update to a compatible OS then you'll have to access eBay from a web browser on your device and you'll probably want to delete the app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
