Your talking about the "all white" skin right? I just noticed it and I actually really like it, but for some reason it only updated on 1 of my 2 phones. I cant get it to update on my other phone, when I go into google play there is no update available for ebay

Try shutting down your device completely. Then restart and make sure you have the latest versions of Google Play Services and Google Play Store:

Then try installing the eBay app again.

It finally updated, but then it randomly changed back to the old version >:O ughhh
