Tried to load new ebay app and the screen just turns blank. Went to Apple store for help and they couldn’t figure it out either. So what is the deal with this update?
Try deleting the eBay app, then restarting your phone, then going to the App Store to get the latest version for your operating system. The restart should ensure a clean install.
