Under MESSAGES, can’t delete old, empty folders

Years ago, I created separate message folders for items I routinely searched for and bought. I no longer use the folders, they’re empty and I’d like to remove them.  So far, every move I’ve tried simply opens a screen with an envelope  image and a note that the file is empty.

Thanks for posting. The apps do not have the ability to delete these folders. If you go to the website you should see a trashcan next to the folder name. Deleting them there will delete them in the app.

Thanks

Hi, I deleted this on the site but it's still in the app even after logging out and reinstalling the app. Obviously a small thing but annoying nonetheless.

Actually I checked again and it deletes on the site but as soon as I load the app it's still there and it recreates it on the site 😞
