Unavailable in Purchase history

More and more often items are showing  UNAVAILABLE in my Purchase History before they arrive. This makes it hard to contact the seller and IMPOSSIBLE to leave feedback. 3 items came today that I cannot leave feedback on because they are now UNAVAILABLE. And one dress ordered May 24 still hasn't arrived. I cant open the order to contact the seller. Why did you start doing this as it only complicates things. An you consider legnthening the time before YOU decide I cant see them or leave feedback?

Bumping this up, though I'm not sure it's Android-specific... Reproduced in chrome as well as ebay app...

Description:

Menu => purchases: 

appears the seller ( longtime trusted / power seller with thousands of sales)  is removed. None of their completed listings can be displayed, including my recent purchased items.

 

Our transaction wasn't problematic - in fact I would leave positive feedback if I could -but

 

I need to refer back to the listing to find some product details/ spec that's specific to this item. 

 

Guess my big question is whether this is a bug/known glitch (both chrome and Android app,) or it's intentional on the part of eBay, i.e. it's not an actual functional error, but rather reflects current policy....

 

And if the latter is true then why?i

IMO - it would not be totally counterintuitive  policy, to offer seller option to remove all listings, 

Or in the case of potentially compromised / hacked seller account, to make listings invisible pending investigation.

 

Still think for the sake of transparency, why not leave old listings up, read-only, for posterity? Even if only accessible or visible only to the buyer, for reference purpose... ?

Unavailable in Purchase history

This has been devastating.  I sold some things after being gone for years.  Spent the money on a bunch of small items for the flea market.  

#1: there is no visible way to create a post so I have to piggyback someone else's.

#2: purchase history list only shows 2 weeks or so of purchases.  How will i leave feedback? How will i even remember what I bought??? I have like 500 dollars that ebay isntcecen acknowledging that i spent!!!!!

 

#3: shopping cart is continually broken.

 

#4: sometimes ebay won't relay shipping info to buyer, and won't show me address to find out myself.

 

#5: where is my seller dashboard? My full profile?  The home page? Billing?Ebucks? None of this can be found in The app!!!!  So i put down the phone, turn on the computer and scroll down to the bottom to select "classic site" and hopefully the script doesn't fail by the time I get to the bottom.  Because of course, once the script fails, none of the links work. 

 

#6:  the help centerseems more concerned with telling me what my problem may be rather than what it is.  All options are geared towards assuming the platform is working and nowhere in the help menus do they let us ask about some very important things.  Then, to insult us further, they send a survey which asks howvitwas and I never hear about it again.  it was bad!  IT WAS BAD, EBAY.

 

I realize you guys are trillionaires whether us little people are happy or even here at all, but I gotta say, for a company over 2 decades old, this should have been figured out long ago..
