I have noticed two problems with my watch list lately.
first items are being added to my watch list by someone other than me. This is a nuisance. If I want something added to my watch list I can add it myself. If I don’t add it myself it is because I don’t want it there. I am tired of having to go through my watch list and clean things out of it that do not belong there. Is there a way to prevent eBay, sellers, or whoever from adding unwanted things to my watchlist?
secondly, anytime I delete something from my wishlist the order of my wish list gets rearranged. I have to refresh my watchlist to get things back into the order of things ending soonest to latest. Is there a fix for this?
I have looked through settings and I cannot find any places to fix these two issues.
thanks,
engraverray

That is creepy. No one adds anything to my watch list nor is able to. Perhaps you need to change your password...

No one should be adding items to your Watch List but you.
In some cases, it is possible for a seller to edit an existing item to sell a different item. If the original item was on your Watch List, the new item will appear instead.

As stated above, no one has access to your watch list.
As far as the ordering when you delete items from your watch list that should be working properly in the latest version, are you on the most current ebay app?

Ebay or some computer glitch keeps adding items to my watch list! I have NEVER used a watchlist and didn’t even know it existed until recently. 3 times now I have had to clean out this list and there were items on it I never looked at or had ever seen. If ebay is not doing this who is?!

If you use a touch screen device, it is possible to add an item to your Watch List by tapping a heart icon while scrolling through search results or item listings.
Is it possible you added something to your Watch List by accident?
