Unable to reply to seller messages in the resolution centre

Using the iOS app,  hi am unable to reply to Seller messages in the resolution centre . It appears to go through the motions, but fails to actually complete the posting of my reply to the seller. I am only able to reply to the seller via a desktop PC

Did you manage to get a fix for this problem? I am having the same issue and don’t have a desktop computer

My problem with the seller has now been sorted so I no longer have access to the faulty bit in the resolution centre
