Hello. I've updated eBay app to my Android mobile phone (android 7.0, Flume 6.1.3.2G) I've tried to sign in via username and password but when I try to enter to the password or to the username field the app crashes and immediately closes. I deleted the app and reinstall but the same again. Do you know what is wrong? Thank you very much

Have you tried going to settings: apps: eBay: storage and then clearing data and cache?
And make sure you are running the latest version of the eBay app (5.33.1.2).
If you are having problems getting the latest version of the eBay app, make sure that you have the latest versions of Google Play Services (18.3.81) and Google Play Store (15.4.34).

After trying that, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your phone, and then installing the eBay app again.

I've tried these steps without success. The app keeps spinning wherever I navigate. Nothing happens if I try to login. Tried on both WiFi and 4G.

Edit: after leaving it for a few minutes, it started working, I could log in as well. Probably it was an intermittent service issue or something. Accessing some menus (e.g. 2 step verification) is still horribly slow.

I tried all of them but still the problem remains! I can't use eBay app and I have to do it by the classic site in my computer

If you have and it is still not working can you let us know:
Android Phone
Android OS
Version of google play services
Are you using a custom rom?

You may not continue to log in because your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. Try connecting to another Wifi or 4G. Contact the application support service. Otherwise wait for the next update version.
