Unable to log in

I have recently updated the eBay app & ever since I am unable to log in using my Touch ID. But when I use the website it logs in fine. I have tried uninstalling the app & reinstalling the app but nothing is working I have literally ran out of ideas on what to do next can anyone help or relate to my issue
