I left a one star review on the play store regarding the app not functioning correctly. When signing in I have the correct password. I'm asked for two step verification, either by sending a notification to my device or through email. Selecting notification just goes to a login attempt screen saying its sending a notification. No matter how long I wait or if I Select resend it doesn't work so that leaves me the other option. Verify via email, I select this and verify over email. It opens the app and I'm still not logged in. I've tried every possible way and I've contacted tech support. Which was a pain to even get ahold of. There seems to be no possibility of ever having access to my account

Thanks for reporting this. Could you try signing in with a standard browser, use the "email the security code" option. Once signed in you can then turn off and on 2fa to get this working properly. We are looking into the issue where the app is opened and you are not logged in.

Anche a me capita la stessa cosa con l'app. Ho disinstallato, riavviato il cell, preinstallato l'app,ma nulla. Ho cancellato cookies e dati dell'app,ma nulla. Non so più come fare ed a chi rivolgermi
