Unable to add or edit shipping address

Stuck in a loop of entering or editing an address, clicking save, and nothing happens. Trying to pay for a purchase but unable to change the shipping address. Using iOS 17.0.3.

Are you able to update the address using a browser in mobile or desktop mode?

Try using this link:

https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses

Try adding a new address, making it primary if necessary, then deleting the old address if you no longer use it.

Yes, was able to in a browser. But it’s clearly a glitch in the app that the developer should be aware of. Thanks.
