Unable to access or open notifications on eBay

Last week no email messages received in inbox - now showing but can’t access or reply to them

Notifications or messages? They are different.

Your notifications can be viewed using the Inbox icon at the bottom of the app's main screen.

Your messages can be reached by using the My eBay icon, then tapping the envelope icon at the top of the screen.
