UPC Codes

I post handmade items and I am hung up on the UPC code. It's rejecting the post, there is no UPC code but it states that if I select specifics, like Size and country I MuST enter the code. I am working on an iPad and it appears different from my iPhone. Where is the UPC ? I've tried to revise the edition but I think it's current.

Just put 'does not apply'. You would be surprised at the amount of actual on tag numbers I fill in just to have Ebay say they are not vaid. This occurs when the data processor doesn't copy the numbers correctly. I have does not apply for most items I sell.

Same issue - nowhere in app to add the UPC but it complains and won’t allow you to proceed.

Category is Crafts

Thank you. We have logged a ticket for the UPC field not being available in the apps. In the meantime, we ask that you complete your listing on the desktop listing form.

Is eBay ever going to fix this UPC problem? I post all my listings via the convenience of my phone. Now I can’t even relist items that I listed on the same device because of the “UPC is required” error. If you can’t give us software that works and lets us add the UPC, how can you require us to fill out a a field that doesn’t exist? 

That just doesn’t make sense.

I have the same problem. I am trying to use my Ipad to list some items but it will not publish the listing. It says that the UPC is required to post this listing. That's fine but where do you put it? So frustrating!

Hello. If you are an eTRS level seller. If you sign out and sign in it should give you the advanced flow with this option.
