Typing messages to people

The place where I type & enter messages to my customers keeps dropping down and the keyboard goes away while typing. This happens multiple times before I’m done typing.

yes i have same issue, i have also put a post on about it hopefully they release a fix for it

maybe a hack that can work until they manage to fix it, is to write the message elsewhere and then copy paste
