Trying to charge my card when I owe nothing

I got an email saying I owe a lot of money coming up, but I didn’t even know I did??? It says you can list up to 2,000 items for free a month and I’ve only listed 4. Why would it charge me money

When you use a reserve, they charge a fee for that and you have to pay the fee even if the item doesn't sell..

$5.00 or 7.5% of reserve price, whichever is greater (maximum fee $250)
Charged whether or not your item sells
