The new update is so bad I’ve stopped using it.

I’ve been an active seller on eBay for a few years now and found the app to be easy and simple to use. However, the app now features ‘recommendations’ instead of automatically filling in my usual postage rates etc. so every time I list something I have to change almost every field. The worst is now filling in the item description automatically; I have to delete it all and start again with what I’d like to write! 

 

I can’t add one of my own shop categories to any listing, the postage screen is mostly blank, and when it does appear not all postage choices are there. 

 

There are a few times this week when I’ve written the description on an item only to find the field blank again when I return to the listing page.

 

I’ve been on eBay since 1999 but now there is competition for online selling I am considering selling elsewhere just to avoid the frustration of using the eBay app!

Thanks for taking the time to post and sorry you are running into some issues when listing. Teams are currently investigating the reports of some descriptions and postage options resetting when using the app.
