I am having the same issue it sounds like (looks like the app is about to launch and then disappears). I also do not have an option to uninstall the app (hoping an uninstall/reinstall would do the trick). I removed it from my phone, and now I can not add it back to my phone (not that it worked anyway). I tried every trick I know and could find with online searches/help to uninstall, but I still can not remove it from my library or get it to work. I have shut down my phone and restarted, not sure what else to do at this point except be frustrated. Maybe someone has a secret they can share. I'm on an iPhone 11 Pro Max BTW.
