Hello,

its my first negative experience on eBay so I don’t know what I have exactly to do. More than one month ago I have bought an item from a buyer from Great Britain. It was a fake. Though it had an original name and I was sure that the price was low just because it was already used. It was air pods by apple. And it didn’t work good. So the buyer arranged dhl to get it back but I didn’t get my money back. Could you please explain me what to do in this situation?

Was your return based on you filing a "not as described" case thru ebay or was it an arrangement between you and the seller without an ebay case filed? If a case was filed, then the seller would be required to refund if tracking shows delivery back to them.
