Go to your account and check your settings. One of the boxes may be ticked for Spanish. Is it just messages or are you seeing the listings in Spanish too? Are all messages in Spanish or just some? Spanish may be the default language for your location and address. The people answering questions here are buyers and sellers not eBay personal so good chance eBay will not see this question.
