Still Waiting for TVOS App!!!!

It’s been like 3-5 years since the new Apple TV 4th gen has been out. eBay said there will be an app for it. Well I still haven’t seen it! What’s the deal? Is it not coming anymore?

Shopping, watch lists basically Same thing as the iOS app if possible.
