Sold items have disappeared

On my eBay in the selling section, all my sold items have disappeared and the message”you have no sold items start listing”

I have been selling and have listings, this started in the last week , any clue as to what’s happened ?

Mine too, have you been in touch with ebay at all? I am about to call as I have a collection only item where I am meeting the buyer away from my home with his bought goods and I've no way of inputting onto the app either a barcode or collection code number which makes me vunerable if I hand the goods over! I'm going to try and call them now. I have deleted the app off my phone twice and reinstalled but it has not cured the problem. BTW i'm in UK, where are you please?

You're registered in the UK, but you asked this question on eBay USA. If you were looking for your sold listings on eBay USA, they don't show up because you don't ship to the USA. You have to look for them on eBay UK:

If you are using the eBay app and not seeing sold items, try using a browser instead to view your sold items.

Some app users are currently having problems viewing their sold items.

Thank you, even now I cannot tell I am on eBay USA , it just says community ebay at the header ! But thank you for your reply. It looks like a mobile app issue.

Hi effin I am in the UK too but this morning I can now see my sold items, hope you sort your issues too !
