My running total changed this afternoon for no reason. The amount decreased by approx £500 and while I’ve sold 61 items, that number at the same time decreased to 59. Tap on the “59” and you see them all listed and guess what there are 61! My desktop version shows the right ££ amount and 61 sold. Are they playing with the app????? And yes, I did try logging completely out of the mobile app and even rebooting my iPad. While I realise I’m not any money. The idea of that running total is to motivate a new seller, of which I am. Frustrated as was aiming for a goal but also concerned as this is my info and it should not change with a screen refresh. Also, there are no outstanding transactions, items on hold, etc. Have already confirmed all this with Concierge area. Need tech help please!
