Sold Items

I am trying to find out after taking a picture of and item, seeing the listed items and then see how much this item has actually Sold for.  My brother has the app and he can go in and toggle on a Sold items filter but I cannot find that on my app.  I have an Apple phone.

Re: Sold Items

The option to view sold items directly from an image search in the eBay app has been taken away.

You can still search for active listings using an image search.

There is a workaround to view sold items via image search which may be useful if you intend to do several in a row. First, make sure you have enabled "Lockable Filters" in the Filter Customize menu from your search results. Then perform a keyword search, and select "Sold" items in the Filter menu. You should see a padlock icon next to the filter option -- tap the padlock icon so it closes and turns blue to lock that filter option. Now all your searches should provide "sold" results by default until you change that filter setting again.

Now perform an image search and you should see "sold" items by default.

Re: Sold Items

In the Apple app you need to click SHOW MORE to open the menu completely to find SOLD IMG_0808.png

Re: Sold Items

thank you but even hitting show more does not bring up the Sold items toggle. Under Filters correct?  Do I need to save or favorite the item?

Re: Sold Items

on my app there is neither the Completed Items or Sold Items toggle.  it goes straight from Authorized Seller to Deals & Savings

Re: Sold Items

Thank you. I got it to work for 1 item.  Am I thinking correctly, if i look up an item and see listings but no Sold items shows then have there been none sold possibly?  I'm told EBay only shows last 90 days of activity.

Correct, although if there is a multiple quantity listing that is still active that has sales, those sales may not appear in the sold results until the last of the stock sells out or the item is ended by the seller.

Re: Sold Items

I sold an item but I mailed it directly to the buyer instead of printing the eBay barcode out.
