Signed in to ebay with a different user name

I opened my ebay app and my username had changed up top. I didnt think anything of it. Used it as notmal for 3 months. Order something and it all delivered just fine. Now today i signed in and my user name had returned to what it was before the change. All recent items i had purchased recently with the other user name were gone so I can track my package or see if any offers were accepted. What do I do?!?

It sounds like you have two separate eBay accounts.

You may have inadvertently created a new eBay account the first time you tried to sign in using Facebook or Google.

To see the transactions in your other account, sign out of your current account, and then sign in using the other username and password, or by using the Facebook or Google account link on the sign-in page.

If you do not want to continually sign out and sign back in to check the other account, you can use a different browser for each account, or use a browser for one and the eBay app for the other. That way you can stay signed in to each at the same time.
