Shipping is all goofed up on the app since the last upgrade. Priority choice shows five+ dollars when it should show seven+ dollars, first class shows 2+ dollars when it should show five+ dollars. When listing items, there is no shipping policy at all and you have to start over.

Was there resolution to this? The shipping won’t show the calculated shipping range with the new update. The tech people in chat couldn’t figure it out so I have a ticket number with their tech people. I don’t think they were understanding my issue. My zip code is populated too. So it should show me what the customer range would be for each service. Nothing appears. Still says to “enter how much you’ll charge” where it used to say the range. I use this to select the best service.

Same thing is happening to me on my android’s cell phone and my iPad. I can not list items for auction because of this exact same shipping error. You can get it to work on a laptop, but you have to jump through several hoops to get it to show shipping costs and to select you want buyer to pay calculated shipping.
This has been mentioned in this forum several times by different people, so it is not a random problem.
Problem.
Can’t select for buyer to pay calculated shipping, AND when you try and see costs of the different shipping services, it shows no dollar amounts. Since you can not select calculated shipping, you can not list your auction item on cell phones or iPads.
My cell phone is what I use to list auction items, so please look into this problem as soon as possible.
