Shipping dialog box in app is not responding...

When a seller goes to ship, the dialog box does not respond to taps. 
If you tap on the area to change weight or size it can tell you tapped but nothing happens. Meaning it does not offer you a new box to change the weight. 
Worse yet is there is no way out. No back arrow, cancel or ok. 
You basically have to shut down the app.
