Sharing items by email

Hi

I’m using the eBay app on my iPad.  When I try to share an item by email an email form is offered but neither the subject or body are populated.  I’m using the standard mail app on the iPad.  Sharing works fine with other apps such as Amazon.

ive in touch with Apple and they advised doing, a reset of the iPad.  I have done this.  So the iPad is setup with only mail configured for one email, and 2 apps,Amazon and eBay, installed.  Apple have suggested I contact you.

Do you know of this problem and / or can you suggest how to resolve

Others have reported this problem with the eBay app. I'd suggest trying to open eBay in a browser and try it from there. or just copy and paste the url address in an email.
