Severe Performance Hit When Active Selling List Size = 51

reproducible

Hardware iPhone 7+

OS iOS 12.3.1

Repro steps

1. List 51 items. In my case it is a mix of auction and fixed price items.

2. Navigate to the Selling - Active page and ensure All is selected

3. Scroll past the 25th item and 50th item page requests to view the 51st item

Expected behavior

The 51st item appears and navigation up and down the list proceeds as normal.

Actual behavior

The 51st item appears, but scrolling is severely impacted, if possible at all.

When a 52nd item is added, scrolling returns to normal.
