I'm about to sell a PC on eBay. I've encountered several scenarios when the buyer says he never received the item when he did, thus getting it for free. Is there any protection against this?

If it sells for more then $750, the only protection you have against an INR is signature required and tracking that shows it was delivered.
Other then that, you don't have any protection.
The buyer can get it, file an INAD and ship back a rock and you'll have to refund.
If you can't afford to give it away, don't sell it online.

In those scenarios, was there tracking proving delivery, or not?

My item is only selling for $410. What protection would that have? Still just the INR?

They were not.

If the item was less than $500, would it still just be the INR?

To have INR protection you need a 'Delivered' scan.
